Los Gotham Awards inician la carrera al Oscar; Manchester by the Sea y Moonlight se consolidan


Esta mañana fueron dados a conocer los nominados para la entrega 26 del IFP Gotham Independent Film Award, donde la cinta Manchester junto al Mar (Manchester by the Sea), del director Kenneth Lonergan, lideró el conteo con cuatro menciones, incluyendo Mejor Película.

La cinta, que sigue a un fontanero de Boston que se tiene que hacer cargo de su sobrino de 16 años, cosechó nominaciones en los rubros de Mejor Película, Mejor Actor para Casey Affleck, Actuación Revelación para Lucas Hedges y Mejor Guión.
